About

Euphestia is built on a simple principle: that good homes come from thoughtful design, meaningful purpose, and long-term vision. Our name combines “Eu”, meaning “good,” with Hestia, the Greek goddess of the hearth — the symbolic centre of the home. The hearth was where stories were shared, meals were made, and life unfolded — the point where people gathered and connected. That’s what we aim to create: homes that anchor, support, and connect.

Whether a property is used for residence, rental, or investment, it should still feel like a home — not a product. We value design that serves, clear and honest communication, and a professional approach to everything we do. We believe in being straightforward, responsive, and reliable — and the importance to be solution driven.

Euphestia exists to create homes with heart — and projects with purpose.

Chantelle Mifsud

Partner, Euphestia

Chantelle brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate, property development, and client engagement across both Malta and Cyprus. Her career began at the age of 18 as a specialist in Valletta’s property market, working within her family’s hybrid concept — CityPro Ltd, a combination of a boutique real estate agency and café in the heart of Merchant Street, Valletta.

With a background in business (BA Hons in Business Enterprise, 2006), Chantelle played a key role in managing sales, team training, and property sourcing, while also overseeing small-scale developments and boutique hotel launches in Malta.

Since relocating to Cyprus several years ago, she has immersed herself in the local property landscape — learning the language, understanding regional trends, and building a wide network of trusted contacts. Today, she not only invests in projects personally but also advises clients and co-investors looking to enter the Cypriot market with clarity and confidence.

Chris DeMicoli

Partner, Euphestia

With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Chris brings a distinctive blend of creative vision, operational know-how, and strategic insight to every project. Having studied at Oxford Brookes University, he has worked across nearly every aspect of real estate — from development and project management to marketing, investor relations, and brand strategy.

His career spans both Malta and Cyprus, where he has managed large-scale residential and commercial developments, launched innovative hospitality and F&B ventures, and advised on — and overseen — high-value investment projects. His background in creative consultancy and communications allows him to unify complex ideas into clear, actionable plans, helping projects stay focused and aligned from concept to completion.

At Euphestia, Chris leads on project vision, strategic partnerships, and the creative direction of each development — with a focus on delivering homes that perform commercially and live beautifully.
